Shipping

All freight, delivery and handling charges are the responsibility of the Purchaser, Client or Customer.

All prices quoted will be “Freight On Board”, Origination Point from Manufacturer, F.O.B, and all pricing quoted shall not include any freight, delivery and handling charges, including loading and unloading and inside and/or special delivery if needed/required. All freight and/or related charges are the responsibility of the Purchaser.

Warranty and Returns

National Laboratory Specialists provides a warranty on all parts and factory workmanship. The warranty includes areas of defective material and workmanship, provided such defect results from normal and proper use of the equipment. The warranty for all products will expire one year from date of installation or two years from date of shipment from National Laboratory Specialists, whichever is sooner. Glassware is not warranted from breakage when dropped or mishandled. Merchandise may not be returned to National Laboratory Specialists without National Laboratory Specialists’ written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Contact National Laboratory Specialists Customer Service Department for a return goods authorization (RGA) number, return shipping instructions and information on restocking charges (if applicable).

Payment Policy

Prices for Products and Services list in this Site may change without notice and the current pricing listed in this Site will apply. You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing products and/or services from us, (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct, and complete; (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company; and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes. Payment is “at the time of order” for E-Store Site orders and “net 30 days” for “project orders, including installation”.

Registration

To use certain features of the Site, you may be required to register with National Laboratory Specialists on the form provided. You agree (a) to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site's registration form, and (b) to maintain and promptly update the information you provide to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If National Laboratory Specialists has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, National Laboratory Specialists has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current and future use of the Site (or any portion thereof). Any and all information collected by National Laboratory Specialists on its customers and visitors remains confidential. We do not share or sell any information with outside parties. Email addresses collected from orders are only used for orders and we don't sign you up for an email list. If you would like to be on our email list just sign up on our email list page.
